Panasonic (Matsushita Matshita) Basic Driver. These are basic DOS drivers that will work with most CDROM drives (at least I have found this to be true). They are helpful when you are trying to load an OS from scratch and your PC won't boot from the OS install CD/can't find a cdrom drive.
