After downloading, just double-click this file and it will extract to a folder on your hard drive (c \4406eu) You will have the driver file (usb_driver_v1.10.exe) plus a pdf file (usb110_xp.pdf). Print out the pdf file so you will have instructions for installing the drivers in Windows XP. Follow those instructions in the pdf file to install the drivers.
