Panasonic (Matsushita Matshita) KXL-D745 Driver. ZIP file includes SETUP.EXE and drivers. Driver is intended for Win 3.1, 3.11, and 95 but works with Win 98/98SE as well. Unzip to a diskette, insert the diskette in the A: drive of your notebook, install the PCMCIA card that comes with the KXL-D745 CD-ROM drive. On Win 3.1 you will have to run the SETUP.EXE program manually, but in Win 9x it should start...but if not, double click on the A:SETUP.EXE icon and it will run.
