Other Companies Universal Universal Driver. This file is the Universal Atapi drivers for almost all CD-ROM's. Since it will not let me upload the MSCDEX.EXE and the README.TXT files you should place the MSCDEX.EXE file on or in the same disk or file dir. Then just follow the instruction it will load the dos version and when you install winXX it will do a plug and play for windoes.
