Yamaha CDR-100 Driver. This driver is embedded in a small application called "Smart & Friendly's EZCD Pro for Windows 95".
File Contents: After installing, simply go to "ADD/REMOVE" programs and UNINSTALL the application. Win 98 will leave the CDR-100 driver in place.
Smart & Friendly is no longer in business, so this should not be an issue with licensing.
