TDK Systems TDK Velo-CD 121032 Driver. I just loaded the PtUDFapp.exe file in the System folder of WIn98, and the others in the Iosubsys folder. Not sure if this will work for all, but it solved my BSOD problem when the PtUDF.vxd thing got overwritten or lost somehow in an installation of the
